About Beacon

A community built for leaders, by leaders—because the right people can help one another thrive.

Beacon has brought leaders together since 2002 to share practical perspective, candid counsel, and the kind of support that makes a stronger professional community.

Our story

A Philadelphia idea that became a lifelong practice.

Beacon started as a bi-weekly networking experience for senior executives in the Philadelphia region. Its founding premise was simple: leaders need more than an expanding contact list.

They need peers who exchange real perspective, make thoughtful introductions, and show up with a spirit of generosity. Today, Beacon is a national professional association rooted in that same conviction.
